What it does: Add your business details and an optional logo, pick the province or territory where the work was done, add line items, and download a PDF. A live preview shows exactly what your customer will see.
What’s built for Canada: GST or HST is worked out for the province you pick. In British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Quebec, a tick box adds PST, RST, or QST as its own line.
Deposits and numbering: A deposit comes off the balance owing, not the subtotal, so the tax on the job stays right. The next invoice number is filled in for you, and quote numbers run on a separate series.
Privacy: No signup, and your business details stay on your own device. It builds a PDF you send yourself, and it’s a document builder, not tax advice.
