Hi Product Hunt πŸ‘‹ We're building ActionMind: from meeting to done

byβ€’

Hi everyone! πŸ‘‹

We're the team behind ActionMind, and we just joined Product Hunt.

We kept seeing the same problem: a meeting ends with clear decisions, someone says "James, send the pricing report by Friday"... and a week later nobody remembers who promised what.

So we built ActionMind. It joins your Google Meet, Zoom or Teams calls and:

βœ… Catches every task, with its owner and deadline

🌍 Understands 90+ languages, even when people switch mid-sentence

πŸ”’ Sends nothing without your approval

πŸ“€ Sends tasks to Gmail, Calendar, Jira, Notion or Slack

πŸ” Checks back later to see if the work is done, still open, or late

We're in pilot right now and preparing for our Product Hunt launch soon, so we'd love to learn from this community.

A question for you: what's the one thing that always falls through the cracks after your meetings?

You can take a look here:

Happy to answer any questions, and excited to discover what you're all building too! πŸš€

I work solo, so my meetings are mostly with myself, but the thing that falls through is the same: the "I'll check that later" that nobody writes down. The feature I would watch most closely is the check back. Catching a task is easy to love, a reminder about something that is already done is the fastest way to get muted. From building reminders in my own app, the part that took the most care was knowing when to stay quiet: one message before the date, one on the day, and silence if the thing already happened. If ActionMind can tell "done but not marked" from "really late", that is the part people will trust.
