Hi PH, I'm Sal, building apps in public (first one turns cooking reels into recipes)

hey everyone, i'm Sal. i build apps, and i'm doing it in public.

the first one is MealWisp. i save a ton of cooking reels and almost never cook any of them, so i built something that reads a reel (video, audio and on-screen text) and writes the real recipe with every amount and every step. then you can cook it step by step, plan your week and get one shopping list. there's also a "What should I eat?" feature that suggests dinner ideas based on what you like.

it's close to release and i'll launch here when it's live. until then i'm here to learn from people who've done it.

two questions: what's the one thing you'd do differently before your first launch? and how do you decide what to build second?
