Hey PH, Kundan here.
I'm a full-stack engineer based in Hyderabad with about 8 years of experience across healthcare software and enterprise SaaS, founding engineer at a health-tech startup working on FHIR/HL7 interoperability and Epic integrations, engineering lead at US startup (an enterprise Chrome-extension guidance platform), and full-stack dev at a telehealth startup earlier on.
I've built and shipped two open-source npm packages, hl7-fhir-translator and cda-fhir-translator, for converting between HL7v2/C-CDA and FHIR both live on npm. I've also built a FHIR MCP server that brings clinical and patient data into AI agent workflows.
I'm currently working on a white-label EHR + CRM for digital health startups and clinics who need something they can rebrand and launch fast instead of building from scratch.
Why build this? Most digital health startups burn 6-12 months and a real chunk of their seed round just getting a basic EHR/CRM to a usable state before they can even start selling to their first customer. A white-label base gets them past that, they skip the months of plumbing work and spend their time and money on what actually differentiates them, rather than reinventing patient records and scheduling from zero.
Excited to be here. Looking forward to seeing what everyone's building and swapping notes with other makers.
