Hi, I’m Vivek, a founder and freelancer from India. We’re building HelpMap AI, an AI powered guidance layer for complex mobile and desktop applications.

HelpMap AI helps users complete tasks by turning natural language questions into clear, step by step, app specific instructions. Using application knowledge, workflow memory, screenshots, visual highlights, and optional voice guidance, it shows users exactly what to do next inside supported applications.

Our goal is to create an end to end AI customer support solution that helps users solve problems directly within the product, reducing confusion and support workload.
