Building SponsorAJobs: Making visa-sponsored jobs easier to find

I'm building SponsorAJobs, a platform focused on making it easier for people to discover jobs that may offer visa sponsorship.

One of the biggest problems we noticed is that international job seekers often spend a huge amount of time searching through general job boards, employer career pages, and scattered information just to answer one important question:

“Can this job actually work for someone who needs visa sponsorship?”

SponsorAJobs is being built around that specific problem. We bring together international job opportunities and organize them around sponsorship, country, profession, and other useful search criteria, while helping candidates get back to the original employer/application source.

We're currently focused on improving the quality of job discovery, expanding coverage, and making the experience more useful for people looking to work internationally.
