Building OfferFluent — timed English interview mocks for non-natives (feedback on report?)

As a non native speaker myself, the gap you describe is real: I can write a clean answer in English much faster than I can say it under a clock. For the report, the thing I would want most is not a score but a diff against my last attempt. Which answer got shorter, which filler words dropped, where I still lost the thread. One concrete fix per attempt beats ten notes, because under pressure you can only carry one thing into the next round. Good luck with it.
