24 years in heavy industry -> self-taught dev. Just launched my first engineering tool.

Hey Product Hunt community,

I’m Michal. I’ve spent the last 24 years working hands-on with heavy industrial installations, specifically Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) systems.

I got tired of seeing engineers waste countless hours on manual calculations, pressure drops, and error-prone spreadsheets. So, I taught myself to code (Laravel, React, Python) and built a solution myself.

Today I launched Termiq Labs – a web-based diagnostic tool and calculator for RTO units. No fluff, no theoretical simulations, just a practical tool built for the production environment.

I have a question for other technical founders here: For those of you building highly specialized, niche B2B tools (unlike generic SaaS), what has been your biggest challenge in getting initial feedback from your specific industry?

I’m also open to getting roasted on my tech stack and architecture.
