Shadow AI, surprise bills, agents everywhere. Intrascope 2.0 launches Thursday.
A few months ago I posted here that AI access is easy and governance is the next problem. That thread turned into 70+ comments, and honestly, it shaped our roadmap.
The same things kept coming up:
• "Governance is the part everyone skips until the bill surprises them"
• People using AI outside official tools (shadow AI)
• Limits per team and project, not just per company
• Agents and connected apps spending money nobody tracks
So we rebuilt Intrascope from the ground up. Intrascope 2.0 launches here this Thursday, Oct 29 (00:01 PT).
What's coming:
• An AI agent that searches the web, reads your files and works across 1,650+ apps, but only the apps your admin allows
• Auto routing across 120+ models, so simple tasks never burn premium tokens
• Budgets and limits per company, team, project and person
• Skills and Manifests so every chat knows your company's playbooks and context
• A completely new design
The goal hasn't changed: make AI something people want to use, without the company losing control of data or cost.
One question before Thursday: what's the first thing you'd lock down if you rolled out AI to your whole company tomorrow? Models, apps, budgets, or data?
Follow Intrascope here to get a ping when we go live. See you Thursday 🚀

I'd start with where data can be sent. Approving a chat app shouldn't automatically approve every channel as a destination for internal files. Separate read access from permission to send, and ask before an agent uses a new destination.
