Hi Product Hunt! 👋 We’re the team behind MINT. The idea for MINT started when we noticed how many people struggle to manage work opportunities, payments, and administrative tasks across multiple disconnected tools. During our research, we interviewed potential users and discovered recurring problems: time lost switching between platforms, difficulty tracking payments, scattered information, and frustration with repetitive administrative work. Initially, we thought the biggest challenge was invoice creation. However, as we conducted more interviews and gathered feedback, we realized the problem was much broader. People were using spreadsheets, messaging apps, banking applications, and job boards separately, making it difficult to stay organized and keep track of everything. This insight changed our approach. Instead of building a simple invoicing tool, we expanded MINT into a platform that combines work management, payment tracking, invoicing, and short-term job opportunities in one place. We also introduced company accounts, allowing businesses to post projects and opportunities while individuals can discover and apply for them.
