Humandex - AI on your side: see and shape what recruiters find

by•
Hiring: years of experience, reduced to keywords. Systems scan resumes. AI searches the web. Machines decide who gets seen by humans. Humandex reveals what AI knows about professionals—and what it misses. It turns public information into profiles backed by sources and human confirmations, with AI visibility checks, peer comparisons, and recommendations for improvement. Apparently, doing good work isn't enough anymore. The machines need to notice.

Hey PH, I’m Sergey, co-founder of Humandex. A few months ago, I came across a large analysis of posts and discussions across forums, social media, and other websites. It compared the tone of conversations around different topics: where people sounded most frustrated, disappointed, or bitter. I expected online dating to be near the top. I spent years building dating products, so I know that territory. But job hunting stood out. Applications going nowhere. Being treated as disposable. The fear of losing a job to AI, then having to get past another AI to find the next one. It put words to something I’d been feeling for a while. We wanted to help fix it—and build something on the person's side. Employers have more tools to screen people than ever. Candidates often don’t even know what information is being used to judge them. And when candidates use AI themselves, employers call it cheating. We’re not socialists. We believe in building businesses and competing. We also think people should be able to understand how they’re being represented, correct mistakes, and have their actual work considered. That’s where Humandex comes in. It gathers public information about a person’s work into a professional profile, with source links and confirmations from people who worked with them. It checks what AI finds, how it describes and compares professionals, and suggests what to correct or add. We’re particularly interested in the experience that gets lost along the way. A side project that became useful years later. Someone who held a team together through a difficult period. Work that mattered but never fitted neatly into a job title. We want to help that work get noticed and give people more control over the information that shapes their opportunities. Try Humandex simply to see what AI knows about you right now. We often turn up details people had completely forgotten about.
