Hi everyone! 👋 Anshika and I built Hiring 24*7 because we were tired of manually checking the career pages of my target companies every day just to see if a new role opened up. We wanted a system that acts like an automated, self-updating spreadsheet, constantly monitoring career pages and ATS platforms in the background. The core problem we wanted to solve was the sheer fragmentation and delay of traditional job boards. Roles at top tech companies get filled incredibly quickly, and if you rely on generic job boards, you are often applying too late. Initially, the approach started out as simple web scraping for a few companies. However, the process quickly evolved into building a much more robust system that recursively discovers deep career pages, natively interfaces with ATS APIs (like Greenhouse, Lever, and Ashby), normalises the job titles, and highlights new or closed opportunities on a unified dashboard.
