HeyDo launches tomorrow, and I wanted to ask a simple question before the launch.
A lot of small requests between friends and family happen through chat, pick up groceries, remember an appointment, bring something on the way home, make a call, or get something ready for the weekend.
These messages can easily get buried in a conversation, which is one of the reasons I started working on HeyDo.
HeyDo gives these requests their own place. You can send a reminder to someone immediately or schedule it for later, and the recipient can acknowledge and complete it.
HeyDo started as a hobby project built around a simple idea: reminders can be social. Instead of keeping reminders only for yourself, send them directly to friends and family. Remind someone to call, pick something up, attend an appointment, or complete a task. Send instantly or schedule for later. Recipients can acknowledge and complete reminders, while checklists and discussions keep everything together and away from busy chat conversations.
