Heimdal by Bearlog - Turn your device into a face recognition time clock

Heimdal turns any device with a camera and a browser into an attendance kiosk. Staff tap IN or OUT, look at the screen, and the record lands in seconds. No fingerprint terminal to buy, no ID cards to reissue, nothing to install. People enroll from their own phone with a group invite link. The kiosk runs a liveness check, converts the face to a template on the device, and sends no photo after enrollment. Attendance, monthly summaries and CSV exports are built in.

Fingerprint terminals cost 3,000 to 6,000 pesos a unit here, and they still reject wet or worn fingers on a busy morning. Heimdal does the same job on a phone or tablet you already own. Open the kiosk link in a browser, tap IN or OUT, look at the screen. It checks liveness, matches on the device, and the event shows up in the dashboard right away. On privacy, since people always ask: a face is photographed once, at enrollment. After that the kiosk sends a template, not a picture, and a person's data can be deleted when they leave. 39 pesos per member per month, prepaid, no card on file. Access is by request while we onboard manually.
