Know what to build next. Collect feature requests, let users vote, and share your public roadmap. Flat pricing — no per-user fees. An affordable Canny alternative for small SaaS teams, startups, and solo founders.
Hey Product Hunt! 👋
We built Getusefeed because we kept building features nobody
actually asked for — and we know we're not alone.
Getusefeed lets your users vote on feature requests and follow
a public roadmap, so you always know what to build next.
Would love your feedback — what's the #1 feature you wish
your favorite SaaS tool had? 👇

Feature prioritisation is something every early SaaS founder struggles with. Does this integrate with any project management tools?
@mohamed_hussein25 Great question — yes! We just shipped two-way Jira integration, built specifically for this:
Head to the Integrations tab in your dashboard, add your Atlassian site, email, and an API token. We verify the credentials, then let you map each Jira status to your getUsefeed statuses.
From the dashboard, hit "Send to Jira" on any feature request to create a linked task in one click.
After that, it stays in sync both ways: move the issue in Jira and the linked post updates in Usefeed automatically (which also fires voter emails + your Discord ping), and vice versa.
Jira's the only native integration right now. If Linear, Trello, or Asana would help your workflow, I'd genuinely love to hear it — feel free to drop it as a request on our own roadmap. We use getUsefeed to prioritize getUsefeed, so it'll actually get seen.

I was looking for a feature request board for an upcoming platform I'm building and I wanted to check alternatives to Canny. So I gave a shot to getusefeed and the onboarding process is very clear, pricing transparent and perfect for me for now with the free tier! I will give it a try and see if it suits well my needs but the interface looks great and is easy to understand. Congrats! It's a bit sad that we can't change at least the colors of the board in the free-tier, even if it's understandable. But maybe it could be more advanced customization features in the pro plan like font customization for example. Upvoted !
@coucousirkan Thank you so much, Antoine! 🙌 Really glad the onboarding felt clear and the pricing made sense — that was something I was very intentional about.
Your point about color customization on the free tier is totally fair and honestly well-noted. I've been thinking about this too — even a basic brand color picker on free would go a long way. And font customization on Pro is a great idea I hadn't explicitly planned but it makes a lot of sense for teams who want the board to feel native to their product.
Adding both to the roadmap. Hope getUsefeed works out well for your platform — would love to hear how it goes! 🚀
