Digital creators: what would make you leave Gumroad?

I'm building a digital goods marketplace where sellers keep 80% - 90% (vs
Gumroad's 90% but with sudden policy shifts, or Etsy's compounding
fees). Crypto-native payouts (USDT/USDC) and a buyer-side subscription
tier are the big differentiators.
But I'd rather hear from creators directly:
- What's the actual dealbreaker that would make you leave your current
marketplace?
- What do existing platforms get wrong that no one talks about?
- Beyond lower fees, what would convince you a new marketplace is
worth switching to?
Curious to hear from people selling templates, fonts, code, courses,
3D, or anything digital. Honest takes welcome — even if they kill my
assumptions.
