i’ve previously built a few free tools for presenters, including a stage timer and teleprompter. the feedback on those tools was incredibly useful, so i decided to try something more ambitious.
presentation simulator vr lets you:
- load your own pdf, powerpoint, or image slides
- configure the audience and stage equipment
- choose what appears on the confidence monitors
- rehearse with a timer and run of show
- review how much time you spent on each slide
- practice on desktop or inside a compatible webxr headset
there’s no login, paywall, microphone, recording, or server upload. your presentation stays inside your browser.
this was also the first little app i built with gpt-6 astra in codex. it was a fun experiment in using an agent to help create something much more visual and interactive than my usual tools.
i’d appreciate honest feedback, especially from speakers, presentation coaches, educators, and vr users. what would make this feel more useful for an actual rehearsal?
