When is the right time to start cutting features from your app?

Over the last six months, we kept adding small features to cater to different user requests. Now, the navigation feels cluttered, and new signups are taking longer to reach their "aha" moment because there are too many options on the screen.

It feels counterintuitive to remove code you spent time building but streamlining seems necessary for long term growth.
