When do you finally close the chat window and open the debugger?

I used to fall into that exact loop arguing with an LLM for half an hour over a broken function pasting error logs back and forth like it was going to magically figure it out.

Total waste of time. The moment I actually drop a breakpoint or check the browser console I usually spot the stupid typo in two minutes. AI is great for scaffolding code but it's terrible at blind guessing.

What is your personal threshold before you stop prompting and just debug the old school way?
