For makers using AI daily — do you feel more or less creative than before?

I've been using AI for the last 3 months to generate images, code snippets, and ideas for small projects. It's super fast, but I noticed I’m starting to prompt instead of thinking from scratch, and my own ideas feel less original.
For those of you who build products with AI tools every day — has AI made you personally more creative or less creative? Do you have any rule you follow to make sure you still think for yourself and not just copy what AI gives you?

When I'm away from the computer and thinking, I come up with ideas I find amazing, but when I sit down and open the CLI for my AI, I go blank; the idea is there, but getting started is the hard part.
Personally , I draft/draw everything handrwitten then I digitalize/review and then AIzing it.

I try to reduce my AI usage and interaction as much as I can.
Writing, music, video editing, all done without AI.
I only let it touch coding and work stuff
