Best apps to make a photo or cartoon character dance to music/audio?

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for tools that can take a single image of a person or cartoon character and make them dance in sync with an audio track, so the movement follows the rhythm and beats of the sound.

I’ve already tried open-source models, Wan2.2 and LTX. The results weren’t good enough. The motion was off-beat or barely there, and the character’s identity drifted over time.

What I need:

• Input: one image (a real person or a cartoon/illustrated character) plus a music or audio file

• Output: a short video where the character dances to the audio

• Bonus: works for stylized or non-human characters, and has an API or batch option

Which apps or services would you recommend trying? Hosted tools, mobile apps and open-source workflows are all welcome. If you’ve had good results with a particular tool, I’d love to hear what worked.
