What do you find hardest to source when running a Minecraft server?

I'm building Fumora for Minecraft server owners and developers, and I'm interested in hearing about the problems people actually run into.

Whether it's finding a reliable developer, commissioning a custom plugin, getting a good map built, setting up Discord integrations or finding useful tools, what takes you the most time or causes the most frustration?

I'm asking because I'd rather focus on things people genuinely need than keep adding features just for the sake of it.
