Maker here. I built this because I kept reaching for my phone without deciding to. Not a choice, just a reflex. And the gap between how much I was scrolling and how much I was praying had gotten hard to look at. I'd tried the usual blockers. The trouble with a wall is you get good at climbing it: ten seconds to disable, back in the feed, now feeling worse than before you installed it. Most faith-based tools work by reporting your activity to an accountability partner, and the moment I knew a report was going out, I stopped being honest with the app and started managing it. So this one does the opposite. It puts something on the other side of the pause. Open a blocked app and you get a silent timer, a written prayer, or an audio Psalm before the feed loads.
