friday v0.2.8 is out: qwen code + our first outside PRs

hey everyone, thank you for launch day. we ended #11 and made the PH newsletter, which i really didn't expect.

a few things shipped since then:

qwen code works now. friday finds it on your computer and runs it next to claude code, codex and the rest. this one came from PrathamShenoy14 on github, our first outside pull request.

the linux app opens again. Davidamgad2 reported it and found the cause.

workflows you can steer step by step: pick which tool and which account does each step, and a failed check can send the fix to another one.
