You use AI to build your product. Would you let it sell it?
AI writes our code, helps shape our designs, and drafts our marketing.
But letting it speak directly to a potential customer feels like a different decision.
An internal mistake can be reviewed. A wrong promise to a buyer can cost you trust.
While building Foxet, we’ve realised that knowing the product isn’t enough. An agent needs to understand what the buyer means, know when to demonstrate something, and recognise when to say, “I’ll need someone from the team to confirm that.”
I’d be comfortable letting AI explain capabilities it can demonstrate. Pricing exceptions and delivery commitments would stay with our team.
Where would you draw the line for your product and what would an agent need to prove before you trusted it with that first conversation?
