Hi Product Hunt! 👋 I'm Rebeka, the creator of FlowGrid. FlowGrid started from a frustration I kept running into while working with small teams. We could track time, but it was surprisingly difficult to answer simple questions: • Can this person take on more work? • Are we spending more time on a project than planned? • Where did the team's time actually go this month? • Why hasn't this project moved forward? • Are we under or over our allocated time budget? The challenge became even bigger because not everyone worked the same schedule. Some team members were full-time, others part-time, and available capacity varied significantly across the team. The information existed, but it was scattered across spreadsheets, calendars, timesheets, and project management tools. So I built FlowGrid around a simple idea: give small teams a clear view of capacity, time spent, and project activity in one workspace. With FlowGrid you can: • Track time with minimal friction • Plan future work and recurring activities • Monitor team availability and workload • Manage holidays and time off • Assign projects and team members • Track project updates and handovers • Compare project time allocations with actual time spent It's designed for small teams that have outgrown spreadsheets but don't want a heavyweight project management platform. This is an independent bootstrapped project, and I'd genuinely love your feedback. What's the hardest question you struggle to answer about your team's time and workload? Thanks for checking out FlowGrid! 🙏
