I built Floorio because I wanted a dead-simple way to create floor plans right in the browser—without dealing with over-complicated enterprise software.

It's designed for two main things:

• Everyday people: If you have an old, fading paper sketch of your house and want to digitize it before it gets lost, you can easily redraw it, check it in 3D, and keep a safe digital copy.

• Real estate agents: If you need clean 2D/3D layouts and scaled PDFs to make property listings stand out quickly.

(Just a heads-up: These are for visual presentation and personal archiving, not official technical blueprints verified by a specialist).
