What inspired us? We saw recruiters spending hours on Boolean searches, only to find the same candidates everyone else was already contacting. We built FastHire to solve that — helping recruiters discover relevant candidates based on the real hiring context, not just keywords. How did it evolve? We started by trying to make sourcing faster. Along the way, we realised the bigger problem was finding the right candidates, not just more candidates.
