Why is finding the right staffing agency still so difficult in 2026?
After more than 20 years in talent acquisition, I've noticed something that hasn't changed much.
When an employer needs help hiring, the process is often surprisingly manual. They search Google, ask for referrals, visit multiple staffing agency websites, make phone calls, send emails, and hope they find the right partner.
At the same time, staffing agencies spend countless hours on business development, cold outreach, and trying to get in front of employers who may not even be hiring.
It made me wonder...
Why isn't there a marketplace where employers simply post their hiring needs and qualified staffing agencies come to them?
That's the idea behind ExceedHire.
We're building a platform where employers submit one hiring request, agencies that serve their industry and location respond, and employers compare their options before choosing the best partner.
I'd love to hear from this community:
If you've hired through staffing agencies, what frustrated you most?
If you own or work for a staffing agency, what's your biggest challenge in winning new business?
What would make you trust a marketplace like this?
I'm here to learn as much as I am to share. Every piece of feedback helps us build a better product.
Looking forward to the discussion!
