Our Say/Do ratio is 0.81. Here are the receipts.
Every pre-launch post reads the same. Excited team, big vision, "notify me."
We're building a product whose entire premise is that work should be legible — that the exec, the manager, and the engineer shouldn't be staring at three different fictions of the same project. Our line is "answers with receipts." So opening here with vibes would be a little embarrassing.
Instead, here's our own launch sprint, as Everview sees it this morning:
Sprint health: Press. One state below Overdrive. Sustainable for days, not weeks — and yes, we know.
Say/Do: 0.81. We committed to 21 items; 17 are tracking true.
Carry-over stamps: 3. All three are launch-page copy. Words are hard.
WIP limit: breached twice this week. The system flagged it both times. The founder did it anyway.
The rule we're holding ourselves to in this thread: no claim without a receipt, starting with us. I'll come back with fresh numbers as we go, including the ones that get worse.
On launch day you won't have to take any of it on trust, because you'll land straight inside the live product and check for yourself. No demo call, no gated video, no signup — the sandbox is already open if you want to look now: sandbox link
Closest number gets a founding seat, on us, for a year!
Different seats. Same canvas.

Melika here 😌
I run growth & comms at Everview, so bias disclosed up front.
Adding the one number Sean left off his own scorecard: the sandbox has been open this whole time, and it doesn't wait for launch day. No signup, no demo, no gated video you land straight inside Everview with real data and check the receipts yourself. If you've got 3 minutes, that's the whole ask!
And if you do open it: tell me where you got lost in the first 3 minutes. Bad reviews welcome, that's the feedback we're actually hunting for🌱
Different seats. Same canvas 🙌🏻
