We built Dreamster Music because the current music industry model is broken. Artists earn fractions of a cent per stream, while fans don’t actually own the music they love. We wanted to create a platform where music becomes an asset again — something you can own, share in revenue from, and gain perks through direct connection with the artist. What makes Dreamster unique compared to other alternatives is that it combines the familiarity of streaming with the power of Web3. Every track on Dreamster is a Digital Music Asset (DMA) secured by smart contracts. This means artists get transparent, fair payouts and fans get real ownership with the ability to resell music as its value grows. Unlike pure NFT marketplaces or traditional streaming, Dreamster bridges both worlds. What we’re most proud of is making all of this user-friendly. The blockchain, smart contracts, bonding curves, and tokens all work behind the scenes. For fans and artists, it feels as simple as uploading or streaming music — no crypto knowledge required. We’d love your thoughts: Do you think ownership should be part of the future of music? What perks would you love to see artists offer when you own their music?
