The idea for Dochly came from working with Salesforce customers who struggled with document generation and e-signatures. We repeatedly saw teams relying on multiple tools, expensive licensing, and manual processes just to create proposals, contracts, or PDFs. Many solutions were powerful but overly complex or costly, especially for growing businesses. We wanted to build a Salesforce-native solution that keeps the entire document workflow inside Salesforce,simple to implement, easy to use, and flexible enough for organizations of all sizes. One feature we're especially excited about is providing free, ready-to-use document templates so customers can start generating professional documents immediately instead of building everything from scratch.
