Ding - Dead simple time tracking for freelancers and small teams

@erictwillis our ambition is to make Ding the complete tool for time tracking _and_ invoicing. Right now we're focusing on making it the best time tracking tool possible, but invoicing is on ours (and many of our users') wish list, so with a little patience, you may be in for a treat. We think Dingvoice would be an awesome name – agree?
