Context-switching is honestly the friction point for me too, not the tools themselves but the mental reset every time I jump between them. My biggest one is bouncing between the terminal running an agent, the browser for docs/API testing, and Slack, since none of them share context about what I'm actually working on in that moment.
Tool I can't live without right now is probably just my terminal with Claude Code running in it, most of what used to be five separate tools has quietly collapsed into that one window over the past year.
