For negotiation specifically: Astra analyzes a user's recurring bills, identifies which are worth negotiating, and carries out the negotiation with the provider — a multi-step task that requires holding context across a multi-turn interaction and following through to an outcome, not just a single-shot response. Astra's ability to persist through multi-step workflows is what made this reliable enough to ship.
