What's the most you've ever paid for a Shopify app you no longer use?

While auditing Shopify stores for our guides site (Seller Tales), we keep finding the same pattern: merchants paying for 3 apps where 1 would do, or a monthly fee for something Shopify now includes free.

One store we audited had 4 email tools installed — three doing the same job, one charging $29/month for a feature Shopify already includes.

Curious how common this is. What's the most app-waste you've seen on your own store or a client's? And how do you decide which apps to cut?
