Contents.js - Generate a table of contents for a given area of content.

Contents V3 has been released. A complete rewrite – gives you granular control over the table of contents. Including a sister project https://github.com/gajus/markdow... (table of contents for markdown documents) and the father project https://github.com/gajus/gitdown (markdown preprocessor for Github, including table of contents).
