Hi Product Hunt! 👋 We launched Compact Contacts for Mac here in July. Today it's on iPhone and iPad too, as one universal app. Why we built it: Apple Contacts is fine for looking up one person, but painful when you need to clean up hundreds. Duplicates, missing phone numbers, old company names, notes you can't find. Many "contact cleaner" apps want an account or a sync service of their own. We didn't want that. Compact Contacts works directly on the contacts already on your device. No account, no cloud of our own, no subscription, no ads. iCloud, Google or Exchange sync stays with iOS and iPadOS.
