ClearWork - Discovery you can defend.

ClearWork runs AI interviews with the people who never make it to the workshop, then turns what they know into process maps, requirements and SOPs — every line traced to its source.

I started ClearWork because of a pattern I kept watching play out: teams build against how work is supposed to happen, not how it actually happens. The real process lives in people's heads — the exceptions, the workarounds, the "oh, we stopped doing it that way in March." It never makes it into the doc. So you align on a version of reality that isn't real, and you find out during implementation. Most knowledge tools can only surface what's already written down. ClearWork goes after the part that isn't. It runs AI-guided interviews — Live, async, or structured — that target only the gaps in what it already knows, ingests your documents and meetings, and turns all of it into a validated system of record. Every claim is traceable to where it came from, and it flags conflicts and drift as the picture changes. The important part: you run the engagement, ClearWork runs the discovery. It's built for consultants and internal transformation teams who already do this work and want more reach and rigor, not a black box that does it for them. It's early, and I'm still in every customer conversation personally — so I'd genuinely value your read. Where does the "as-told vs. as-done gap" resonate, and where are you skeptical? I'll be here all day answering everything. Thanks for taking a look 🙏

Congrats on the launch. One thing I'd love to see is a way to flag sensitive processes or systems from being captured, since auto-recording everything could create real privacy and compliance headaches in regulated industries like healthcare or finance.

Totally agree. We actually chose to not auto capture anything. It's all user drive. So you identify the processes and people you want to map out and the system generates a link for them to either go and record themselves going through the activity, or to participate in an AI driven interview to map out the process that way. No matter how the information comes in, it then is validated against the ever growing knowledge base to call out conflicts, variations, knowledge gaps, etc. so you are fully confident in the your understanding.
