The widget idea is great for quick glances, but it'd be even more useful if you could add a "follow up" reminder for things like checking in after a tough week they mentioned, not just the big dates. That kind of small nudge would make this feel less like a calendar and more like actually being thoughtful.

The goal isn’t just to remember dates—it’s to help people remember to care. Follow-up reminders based on conversations (“check in after their interview”, “see how they’re feeling after a tough week”, etc.) fit that vision much better than traditional calendar reminders.
