Hey Product Hunt 👋 Brian here, founder of Chema. Chema started from a simple frustration I kept seeing across teams. Important decisions happen every day in conversations, meetings, and chats, but over time that context disappears. Months later no one remembers why something was decided, what options were considered, or whether the decision actually worked. Most tools today are built for communication or documentation, but not for capturing the reasoning behind work. Chema began as a simple idea: what if teams had a workspace that could capture important moments and turn them into structured artifacts instead of letting them disappear in chat? As we built it, the vision expanded. We introduced agents that operate inside the workspace, a built-in CRM, and a system that connects decisions to outcomes. Over time, Chema analyzes this activity and generates weekly intelligence reviews so teams can actually learn from how they operate.
