Whether they're on a job site, after hours, or already helping another customer, every missed call can mean lost revenue. Recent advances in AI finally make it possible to have conversations that feel natural enough to handle these calls. Instead of building a generic AI voice assistant, I wanted to build something specifically for plumbers, HVAC companies, electricians, and other service businesses that rely on inbound phone calls.
