by
This breastfeeding tracker and timer is user-friendly at 3am on your iPhone or Apple Watch. Designed for simplicity, it allows you to feed, track, and finish without app complications. Built for one-handed use, it reliably tracks and times feeds, showing when and how long ago you last fed and on which side. Live activities keep you engaged while your baby feeds, ensuring the tracker and timer manage everything.

Hey everyone, I’m Tom, the developer behind this app. This idea came to me in the first few weeks after my daughter was born. My wife was breastfeeding and I was helping with bottle feeds, but we kept losing track of simple things like when the last feed was, how long it had been and which side was used. It felt especially challenging at night. We tried a few apps, but most of them felt too complicated for that moment. They had too many inputs and too much thinking at 3am when you’re half asleep. So, we decided to create something simpler. The goal was straightforward: open the app, see what happened last, tap once to start and let it handle the rest. No setup, no clutter, no overthinking. It’s designed for one-handed use, works on Apple Watch and uses Live Activities so you don’t have to keep reopening the app mid-feed. We’ve intentionally avoided features like “you’re on track” or over-analysis. Feeding isn’t predictable and the last thing we wanted was an app adding pressure. Right now, it’s focused on doing one job well: making it easier to track feeds without getting in your way. We’d love to hear any feedback, especially from parents who’ve been through those early weeks.
