Solving the biggest thing that was losing us users : if you watched a program on bounty.index, you never got told when it changed. You had to come back and check. That's a bad deal.

Fixed via Discord webhooks. Paste a webhook URL from your own server, pick which program should fire it, done. When the daily ingest detects a scope, reward, or safe-harbor change on that program, an embed lands in your channel within seconds. Up-arrow if it went up, down if it dropped, green for pure additions, amber if there's removals.

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is a way to plug your app into Claude Desktop / Cursor / Codex, so the agent can call your tools directly instead of you copy-pasting stuff back and forth.

8 read-only tools : search programs, get a program with its full scope, reverse-lookup a URL/domain to whichever program covers it, what's-new across all platforms, similar programs by shared scope, snapshot timeline for a program, list platforms, and a stats one.

So instead of opening the site and filtering, you can tell your agent "which of these subdomains is in scope somewhere" and it just answers. Or "find me public programs paying $10k+ with a wildcard and no auth" one turn, no tabs.

It's the same daily snapshot diff /whats-new already uses, just filtered down to the rows where the max payout actually changed. Nothing else no scope adds, no policy edits, just who bumped their reward and who cut it. Up-arrow if it went up, down if it dropped.

1. Homepage got a comparison table so you can see at a glance where bounty.index sits vs the HackerOne / Bugcrowd directories, disclose.io, and raw bounty-targets-data. MCP access is a new column nobody else has it yet.

2. Landing page split into proper sections (hero how-it-works pulse comparison features cta). The old monolithic page was fine at 200 lines and painful at 900.

3. Ingest visualization on the homepage the platform names now actually connect to their curves flowing into the index. Was a small alignment bug, was bothering me every time i opened the site.

Nothing user-facing that changes workflow, but the site feels more finished. Live at bountyindex.in.

Immunefi is now indexed. They're not in arkadiyt/bounty-targets-data, so I wrote a scraper for their site directly. 181 programs, ~2,900 in-scope assets, top payout is LayerZero at $15M. If you don't touch web3, ignore. If you do it's the same filter/search UI as the rest.

Per-program RSS feeds. Every program page now has an RSS feed of its scope changes at /rss/programs/{platform}/{slug}. Each entry is a diff: what was added, removed, or if the reward/safe-harbor changed. This is the free version of what bbradar.io gates behind their 89/yr Pro tier. Point your feed reader (Feedly, NetNewsWire, whatever) at any program you actually care about.

7-day activity chip on program pages. A small +N M 7d indicator when scope has actually changed recently. Answers "is this worth looking at today or is it dormant" without clicking in.

Company logos on program hero. Small polish, but the platform-only dot was ugly and hard to scan when you had a bunch of tabs open.
