I kept building. I kept learning. I kept showing up, but I couldn’t get across that invisible line. I was coding, shipping projects, filling up my GitHub with real work, but still getting filtered out. No feedback, no signal of what was missing, nothing. Just silence. And that really messes with you. You start asking, “Am I actually good enough?” instead of, “Did I show it clearly enough?”

That’s why Boasted exists. Not for perfect people with linear careers, but for people like us, the builders, nurses, dentists, scientists, engineers and honestly…. just professionals. Who do real work that doesn’t always get captured.
