What is the most frustrating part of searching for local jobs?
by•
I’ve been working on BizNearYou, a job-search platform focused on helping people discover nearby opportunities through a map-based search experience.
While building it, I’ve noticed that local job searching can still feel surprisingly difficult. Listings may be outdated, important details are often missing, and it can be hard to compare jobs beyond just the title and salary.
I’m curious: what is the biggest problem you currently experience when searching for a job?
Is it finding legitimate openings, understanding the total compensation, locating flexible or remote work, comparing companies, or something else?
I’d love to hear what people actually struggle with so I can make sure I’m solving the right problems.
