Hey Product Hunt 👋 I built Benson because I kept putting off the same five-minute phone calls for weeks. Not because they're hard. Because they're 20 minutes of hold music and a script I don't want to perform. Benson is an assistant you reach by text. No app, no dashboard, no login. You text him the way you'd text a friend who's good at this. Two things he does at launch, on purpose: • Book or reschedule an appointment dentist, mechanic, the plumber. He calls, waits on hold, works around the hours you can't do. • Cancel a subscription the one with no cancel button, that wants you to phone on a weekday between nine and five. And one rule that shapes everything: he asks before he spends your money or speaks in your name, and nothing is marked done until there's a confirmation number to show for it. Not "I think that worked." Being straight with you: this is a waitlist, not a live product. I'm admitting a small number of people at a time so I can watch every task end to end and fix what breaks before the next batch.
