The Story Behind AYN KOL

AYN KOL started as a personal experiment. I’m not a professional programmer and didn’t have experience building large applications. I wanted to see how far I could go by developing a real product with modern AI tools.

Over time, the experiment grew into a real project, with an Android app, a web version, multiple AI models, voice features, memory, local AI, content generation, accounts, and synchronization. I build much of the software with the help of AI, while focusing on product ideas, design decisions, testing, finding bugs, and deciding how the platform should evolve.

Today, AYN KOL is evolving from an AI aggregator into a broader platform, where people can not only work with different AI systems but also interact and collaborate with each other through Spaces.

The project is still at an early stage and is being built almost entirely by one person with the help of AI. That small experiment is where it all began.
