What feature makes a TV remote app your go-to choice?

I'm curious what makes people stick with one TV remote app instead of switching to another.

For those who use Android TV or Google TV regularly:

• What's the feature you use the most?

• What frustrates you about your current remote app?

• Do you prefer a D-pad or touchpad?

• How important are keyboard input, volume controls, casting, screen mirroring, or IPTV support?

• Would you pay for a premium version? If yes, what features would justify it?

I'm currently building AX: Remote for Android TV and would genuinely love to hear real user feedback before adding more features. Every suggestion helps prioritize what to build next.
