Hi Product Hunt — I’m David, the maker of Aptyte.

Aptyte brings saving, adapting and cooking recipes into one place. The idea is simple: keep the recipes you want to make, then have them ready when you’re standing in the kitchen.

Here’s what you can do:

- Import a recipe from a supported website and keep the ingredients and method together.

- Organise your favourites into collections and open saved recipes offline.

- Ask AI to adapt a recipe, or turn an idea or photo into a new draft. Review and edit the result before cooking.

- Cook one step at a time, with timers where you need them.

- Try the daily food quiz and look back at what you’ve cooked.

It’s built for iPhone, with no account needed. The app is free to download; optional Aptyte Plus unlocks the AI features.

I’d love to hear how you keep recipes today, and what would make you reach for a recipe app while you’re cooking. If you try Aptyte, let me know what feels useful and what still gets in your way.
